Photog Lives to Die Another Day -- Pierce Settles

Pierce BrosnanRob Rosen, the photog who says he suffered a Pierce Brosnan beatdown at a mall in Malibu last October, has settled his case against the former 007.

Rosen tells TMZ, "The terms are confidential, but both parties are happy with the outcome."

Rosen sued Brosnan because he claimed the star "punched, hit, struck and attacked" him.

A call to Brosnan's lawyer was not returned.

Rami Kashou, the runner-up on this season's "Project Runway," was involved in an altercation at a West Hollywood bar last night. Kashou was allegedly struck in the face with a beer bottle.

The suspect was arrested and booked for assault with a deadly weapon. Rami was taken to the hospital for minor cuts and bruises and was treated and released. Rami tells TMZ, "I am recovering and doing well. I appreciate everybody's support and well wishes."

Second Suspect Nabbed in Baller Beatdown

Vegas police have arrested another man accused of breaking Javon Walker's face last month.

Cops say Deshawn Thomas took part in the insane robbery and beatdown that left the Raiders wide receiver unconscious on a street near the Las Vegas strip last month. Thomas will be charged with kidnapping, robbery and conspiracy to commit robbery with substantial bodily harm.

Another suspect, Arfat Fadel, was arrested two weeks ago.

Thomas is being held without bail.

Eminem's Next Hit Coming to a Stall Near You

EminemEminem may have proved that its better to be pissing than be pissed off.

Miad Jarbou filed a lawsuit Friday in Oakland Circuit Court, claiming the rapper punched him two years ago while in a strip club bathroom. Detnews.com reports that the Jarbou seeks $25,000 in damages.

Clearly Eminem doesn't want anyone around when he's relieving his slim shady!

Row Owner Picks Up Where Suge Left Off

Ron Goldberg -- one of the new owners of Death Row Records -- got into a major brawl last night at nightclub Coco de Ville. Fun times!

A woman involved in the melee said Goldberg beat her friends up and hit one of them over the head with a vodka bottle -- that she paid for! How's that for gangsta?!

UPDATE: Ron says he didn't strike anyone -- he was just having a good time when several drunks at the booth next to him started harassing him and his people.

Surfers to Paps: Peace, Man!

Photogs and surfers reunited on Malibu beaches today -- but this time beach dwellers offered peace offerings in lieu of punches.

Malibu Sheriffs did end up asking several paps to leave the area, after they engaged in a heated discussion on public vs. private beaches. The Sheriffs on the scene cited "public safety" concerns for the removal.

Back in the day of "Celebrity Justice" (Memba Them?), we found a Malibu-based gang known as Malibu Locals Only (MLO). The gang had allegedly been assaulting college students and tourists that hung out on parts of the beach MLO considered its turf. One altercation led to a lawsuit against a famous celeb's son.
